Packaging & Processing Associate (Farm Hand) Location:

The Packaging & Processing Associate reports directly to the Production shift managers and is responsible for packaging & labeling as well as a variety of daily tasks related to production activities.
The Associate must be team oriented and able to work in a face paced environment.
Key
Responsibilities:
Work in a fast-paced environment Must be able to follow instructions to help achieve production goals Ability to move about a typical farm, manufacturing and warehouse environment and complete work generally associated with such facilities Observing all required PPE requirements while completing tasks Ensure compliance with state regulations as well as company procedures and policies Ensure and maintain the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and work areas Maintaining accurate daily production logs Handling, transporting, and disposing of waste materials and accurately documenting all waste Assisting with any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned Minimal
Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age Must pass a CORI background check and be willing to submit personal information to become a license state agent Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Detail-oriented Possess strong communication skills Basic organizational and math skills Able to work well with a team Physical and Environmental Requirements:
Able to work 8 hours a day and potentially weekend shifts Able to lift, push and pull 40 pounds Able to stand for extended periods Able to use a ladder and general hardware tools needed for common jobs and repairs Job Types:
