We also provide high-end architectural millwork design packages for Restaurants, Nightclubs, Libraries and Schools.
We've been able to grow and expand our business in the last few years and we're on the right track to continue that growth.
As a Construction Office Assistant, you will be a crucial part of our project management team's success.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
? Data entry into various logs.
? Verify file sharing system is organized with all necessary construction project documentation, including drawings, submittals, etc.
? Coordinating project meetings, creating meeting minutes, and scheduling appointments.
? Assisting with submitting project documents and samples ? Monitor incoming and outgoing communications, such as emails and follow up with team members.
- Other duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or administrative training is a plus.
- Prior office administration experience, especially in the construction industry, is advantageous but not required.
- Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
